Playhouse Sponsor – $2,500
A Playhouse Build is a unique opportunity for team building which allows sponsors to partner with Habitat DeKalb to build a playhouse for a local family in need—providing children with a safe place to play and imagine what home means to them. It's designed to teach young children the pride and joy of homeownership.
Your team, corporate, faith based, or civic organization will build a playhouse from a pre-cut kit. The Playhouse takes 6 hours to assemble and paint with the help of 8-10 volunteers.
A playhouse sponsorship covers all material costs for the Playhouse and contributes to new Home Builds and Aging in Place repairs for seniors.
Program Sponsors
Habitat DeKalb supports affordable homeownership initiatives beyond home construction and renovations/repairs by sponsoring one of our complementary programs that equip and empower homeowners. Options include:

Sponsor building materials for our home repair projects — $2,000 - $10,000
Sponsor a Lunch for Volunteers — $400
Each Saturday and Wednesday Habitat for Humanity DeKalb have crews working to Provide lunch for hardworking build crew and volunteers at our build sites (typically15-25 people) supporting older adults in preserving their homes and independence by tailoring home repairs and modifications to their specific needs. Or supporting Veterans with critical interior and exterior repairs to military veterans with honorable or general discharges, addressing health, safety, and code issues.
