We are at Step 4 of Phase One: Laying the Foundation.
It time to pour the concrete! Once poured, there will be no activity on the site until it’s cured.
Next, we’ll proceed to step five by applying a waterproofing membrane to the concrete. This helps to prevent water damage, flooding, and structural issues.
We also passed our plumbing inspection in January which is major! The initial drains, sewer system, and water taps are being installed.
