What's Happening
Calling All Businesses
We're looking for in-kind donations of home essentials—countertops, cabinets, vanities, ceiling fans, appliances, and more.
If your business supplies these kinds of materials and is open to partnering, we’d like to connect.
Spirit Night at Smokey Bones | Sept 18 | 5:00 PM
Ready to turn dinner into something bigger? Join us for Spirit Night at Smokey Bones and enjoy a meal that builds—literally!
Here’s the deal: 20% of sales will benefit Habitat for Humanity DeKalb—but only if we hit at least $250 in sales. That’s our meat and potatoes goal, and we know our community can crush it.
Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring your appetite. Just show our flyer to your server so your order counts toward the fundraiser.
You’re Invited to Partner with Habitat DeKalb
Join a mission that ensures everyone has a safe, decent place to live.
The Carpenter Club is Habitat DeKalb’s monthly giving program supporting our Senior Home Repair efforts. Your monthly gift helps make critical repairs possible for homeowners like Rebecca.
Rebecca, a longtime homeowner on a fixed income, struggled to keep up with costly repairs—until Habitat DeKalb stepped in. Thanks to community support, her plumbing was fixed, grab bars were installed, and a new ramp now helps her move safely in and out of her home. “Thank you, thank you, thank you!” she says. “My home is in better shape now, and I’m so relieved.”
By joining The Carpenter Club, you’re not just giving—you’re helping neighbors like Rebecca live with dignity and peace of mind.
Current Projects
Shirley
Shirley has lived in her Atlanta-area home for 17 years. She struggled getting in and out of her home using the concrete steps. Habitat volunteers built a ramp for her.
Now in her late 60s, Shirley can remain independent in her home.
